Join us live on Zoom for four consecutive days of guided practice. Each session runs from 10:00 to 11:00am, perfect for starting your day with intention.

All sessions will be recorded and stored in the Skool app video vault, so you can revisit the practices in your own time and continue to deepen your understanding.
